Cultural Events in and around Greenethorpe

Greenethorpe is located at the geographic centre of the three surrounding towns of Cowra, Young and Grenfell. So, Greenethorpe — and Circa 1935, of course — is ideally placed to take advantage of the cultural events of the region.

Greenethorpe has a few of its own cultural activities as well! Including the annual Le Tour de Greenethorpe, the Bi-annual Ball, Anzac Day commemoration, and a community Australia Day celebration.

Surrounding significant cultural events include: the Cowra Wine Show, Sakura Matsuri (Cherry Blossom Festival) (Cowra), the Henry Lawson Festival in Grenfell (Grenfell), the National Cherry Festival (Young).

Together with its fine dining, CIRCA 1935 is definitely the place to stay!

The Henry Lawson Festival in Grenfell is held every year on the June long weekend.

Grenfell — a town with a golden heritage — is just a short half-hour drive west from Circa 1935 at Greenethorpe.

Temora is not far off either and has regular Air Shows.
